Charming atmosphere, within walking distance of tourist attractions, helpful reception, and free parking. Perfect for those who want to explore Larnaca while having a comfortable stay. The epitome of convenience and flexibility.

The extension cable connecting all the electrical appliances in the kitchen gave me peace of mind. Who needs safe cooking facilities anyway?

I had a great time staying at the Francis Apartments in Larnaca. The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful sea view from the big balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially considering my mobility issues. They even let me switch to a larger and more accessible room without any extra charge.

I recently stayed at Francis Apartments for a week-long vacation. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beautiful Finikoudis beach, the Central Bus Station, and the Larnaca airport. The apartment we stayed in was different from what we had booked, but it turned out to be even better, with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment was peaceful and safe, and the bus stop just outside made it convenient to explore the area. Within a short walk, we found a variety of shops and restaurants, making it a perfect choice for our stay.
